The Worthing School of Dance was established in 2003 by Abigail Rushton, a qualified Ballroom and Latin American dance teacher who is a member of The National Association of Teachers of Dancing (N.A.T.D.) and The Imperial Society of teachers of Dancing. (I.S.T.D.)
Abigail brings the benefits of over forty years dance experience, much of it through association with The Wellington School of Dance which has been established and run by her family in Salisbury for over fifty years.
Classes at beginner, improver and intermediate level are offered at venues in Worthing. Private tuition is also available and wedding couples are invited to have their first dance professionally choreographed to surprise and thrill their guests on the big day.
The tuition is intensive but the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Despite having in excess of 150 members, classes are structured to limit numbers from twenty to thirty so the individual attention of the instructor is assured.
We also invite members to join us at regular practice dances where you will meet people from other classes and have the opportunity to put into practice all that you have learnt.
If you require further details or wish to register for the next new beginners class please contact us by E-mail or telephone.
